Cliplish does not own, host, or redistribute any video content. All videos, transcripts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and platforms. Cliplish provides a transformative educational overlay (translation, vocabulary analysis, grammar annotation) under fair use principles. Users must respect the copyright of all original content.

Premium features require account activation or credits. Once purchased or activated, credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify the 'credit cost' of AI features according to resource usage and model costs.

Users may not use automated scripts to scrape content from our site, reverse-engineer our AI tools, or attempt to bypass security measures. Continued violation of these terms will lead to immediate account suspension.
